From the left menu, go to Entities, then click on Company. The form opens on two tabs:
General – the company's basic information
History – the change log
This is where the company's fundamental information is entered.
This is the official name as it will appear throughout the platform.
This free-form field allows you to specify the nature of the activity. It can contain a brief presentation of the company, for example: Citroën car dealership in Pau.
Enter the company's country code here (ISO format, e.g.: FR for France). This field may affect certain regional behaviors of the platform.
This field allows you to centralize practical and recurring information related to the company. This data can be used by the platform to provide automated responses or guide agents. Example: the dealership's address
- The dealership is located at: 6 rue Bréa, 75006 Paris
The History tab allows you to view all modifications made to the Company sheet. For each change, it is possible to know:
What modification was made
Who made it
When it took place
This ensures complete traceability of configuration changes.
