π Page accessible only to the Administrator role Administrator
The Colleagues section brings together all collaborators known to the platform. A colleague represents a natural person who can be assigned to a team, associated with a transfer number, and potentially invited to access the backoffice.
The main view displays all colleagues in table format with four columns:
Name β the colleague's name and surname as well as their email address
Team β the team they are assigned to (blue badge, or Unassigned if not assigned)
AI Assignment β indicates whether this employee is assigned and accessible by the voice agent (green badge Assigned)
Backoffice β indicates whether the colleague has access to the backoffice (Yes / No)
Two views are available in the top right:
Active β active colleagues
Trash β archived colleagues
A search bar allows you to quickly find a colleague by name.
The Invite a colleague button in the top right opens a creation window in multiple blocks.
The first step is to enter the colleague's email address. The platform automatically checks if this address already has a backoffice account.
If no account is found, a message indicates this and a toggle Grant backoffice access allows you to create one.
If an account already exists, the information is pre-filled.
First name (required) | The colleague's first name |
Last name (required) | The last name |
Description | Free field to specify the role or responsibilities (e.g. Used vehicle salesman) |
Dropdown menu allowing you to assign the colleague to an existing team.
When backoffice access is enabled, two additional parameters appear:
Agents Allows you to define which agent(s) the colleague will have access to. A toggle All agents allows you to give them access to all available agents.
Role (required) Defines the colleague's access level on the platform. Four roles are available, in order of increasing permissions:
π§ Operator | Access to conversation management |
π Analyst | Operator role + access to dashboards |
π» Developer | Analyst role + access to technical logs and agent configuration |
β Administrator | Developer role + management of users and organization access |
By clicking on a colleague, you access their complete profile organized in five tabs:
Contains the colleague's identity information:
First name (required) | Colleague's first name |
Last name (required) | Family name |
Description | Role or responsibilities |
Email (required) | Professional email address |
Associated team (required) | Assigned team, modifiable via dropdown menu |
A Remove colleague button (in red) is available at the bottom of the page.
Invite as user If the colleague does not yet have a backoffice account, an Invite as user section appears at the bottom of the tab with the Send invitation button.
This will give them access to the platform according to the role assigned to them.
This tab lists the transfer numbers associated with the colleague, with the same logic as for teams (associated number, distribution mode, ring duration).
This tab defines the time slots during which the colleague is reachable. It is organized into three sub-tabs:
Team β availability inherited from the colleague's team
Numbers β availability inherited from associated numbers
Custom β schedules specific to the colleague, configurable with the same logic of default time slots and custom schedules for one-off exceptions
Tracks all changes made to the colleague's file: what was modified, by whom, and when.
