The Entities section brings together all the configurable elements that define the structure and operation of your workspace.
Among these entities, Company is the main entry point: it allows you to define the identity of your organization as it will be known and used within the platform.
The Transfer Numbers section allows you to manage all the phone numbers used to route incoming calls to the right teams or colleagues. Each number can be finely configured: time availability, team association, transfer behavior.
The Universes allow you to organize teams into large thematic or business groupings. They constitute a structuring layer above teams, facilitating visibility and management of the organization within the platform.
The Teams represent the operational level of the organization: they group colleagues by service or activity and are attached to a universe. It is at this level that the distribution of incoming calls is concretely configured.
The Colleagues section brings together all known collaborators on the platform. A colleague represents a natural person who can be assigned to a team, associated with a transfer number, and potentially invited to access the backoffice.
The Contact Reasons allow you to qualify and categorize the reasons why a customer gets in touch. Each reason is associated with a precise description and a team, which enables the AI agent to automatically route the call or conversation to the right person.
