Several statuses are available:
Abandoned : the caller hung up before communicating the reason for their call.
Handled by diago: diago scheduled an appointment independently or transferred the call to a team member.
Handled by the team: this status indicates that the request was handled internally.
In progress: the call is currently ongoing.
To be handled: the request needs to be taken care of by the internal teams.
Awaiting customer: intermediate status indicating that the customer was called back by the internal teams, without successful contact.
